SASPE VERSATOUCH

Is a machine whose main characteristic is the new concept of surface treatment defined as "Redmanizing™ (which is considered half way between a slight raising and a strong sueding). Degrees of pile ranging from "peachskin" to a low dense coverage can be accurately controlled through variable contact, speed, and tension of the fabric.

COMPOSITION OF THE MACHINE

The SASPE VERSATOUCH machine is made up of the traditional structures to insert and fold the fabric and inside there are: a brake-cylinder, three cylinders for the product working and a further driver cylinder which extracts the fabric from the machine and, as a pilot, set and control the production speed.
The SASPE VERSATOUCH machine running consists in the fabric stretching control obtained by keeping the entrance working cylinders' speed lower than the exit driver cylinder's and making the product adhere to the working cylinders so to be scratched by the special clothing they are covered with. The result obtained on the fabric is as stronger as higher the fabric stretching is and it differs accordingly to the type of contact the fabric has on the working cylinders. The working cylinders can turn either at a fixed or at a changeable speed and this, together with the production speed parameter of the machine, will determine the quality of the result obtained.
The exact fabric positioning around the working cylinders is determined by a double possibility of regulation, one is vertical and the other angular. Both these two adjustments are independent and can be made on each working cylinder determining many different effects on each of the several existing fabrics (cotton, polyester, wool, acrylics and so on).
The machine is provided with a central vacuum system -particularly needed and appreciated in case of plane fabrics- which allows the removal of the working process residues (hair and powder). To insert and fold the fabric any kind of equipment can be fitted to the machine (on customer's request).
