FABRIC UNNECESSARY TENSIONS ELIMINATION.
The fabric pass
is short as much as possible to avoid unnecessary tensions.In
case of machine stop, the fabric could release, thus creating
an uneven shearing effect compared to the other parts of
the pieces.
ELECTRONIC LOADING CELLS
USE.
The positive
practical consequences are the following:
tension control on the fabric surface and not through mechanical
items,
driving motors immediate speed reaction avoiding late adjustments
caused by
other systems,
- machine capability to control and manage in real time
and continuously the set tension values and to react automatically
for the necessary adjustments,
- guarantee of an even, correct and reproducible fabric
tension during the entire shearing processes and especially
during the seam passage.
Every shearing unit has it own electronic loading cell.
Possibility to install, in the version for knitted fabrics,
a spreading group composed by three rollers. The device
is located before each cutting unit.
4. Possibility to install a counter velveting brush roller
without altering the machine structure ( for Polar Fleece
).
5. Possibility to install a velveting roller with fillets
made of vegetable horsehair. The r.p.m. of that roller are
stepless adjustable as the speed of the normal velveting
group.
6. New design of the cutting group (blade, under-blade,
bench).
The shearing roller speed (r.p.m.) is steplessly adjustable.
The blade and the
under-blade once have been lined up, remain in a fixed and
rigid position and the system guarantees an exceptional
stability of the cutting blade and an absolute cutting accuracy.
The shearing comb (shearing bench) has two working modes:
jumping the cloth seam by covering counter clockwise an
arc. After the passage of the cloth seam, the shearing comb
goes back to its original position by covering the same
arc but in clockwise direction. The original position is
constantly controlled by the machine computer;
adjusting the cutting height by a vertical, linear, and
micrometrical movement as regards the under blade unit.
The movement is perfectly controlled and memorized by the
computer and it is reproducible.
