The most important factors involved in the raising process
are the following:
1. the rotation sense and peripheric
speed of the main drum;
2. the rotation sense and the peripheric speed of the
raising rollers;
3. the linear speed and the direction of the fabric;
4.the tension applied to the fabric during the raising
process;
5. the contact degree between raising rollers and fabric;
6. the perfect synchronization between the cleaning brushes
and the raising rollers.
BLANKA is
the synthesis of a continuous and perfect automatic control
of all the working parameters and their synergies.
BLANKA allows
to work keeping the fabric at the minimum necessary tension
to carry out the raising process, and to maintain it constant
by means of an electronic loading cell tension control (international
patent) checking directly on the fabric the set tension.
The classic systems act on the mechanical devices deputed
to adjust the fabric tension control in a slow and non-precise
way.
THE MAIN ADVANTAGES OF OUR WORKING METHOD ARE THE FOLLOWING:
REDUCED FABRIC ELONGATION;
MORE EVEN PILE POPULATION ON THE FABRIC SURFACE;
LOWER FIBRES LOSS;
HIGHER PRODUCTIVITY (SOMETIMES EQUAL OR SUPERIOR TO 30%)
PERFECT REPRODUCIBILITY OF THE RAISING PROCESSES.
The machine can be easily controlled
by a multilanguage PLC allowing to keep all theworking parameters
under control. The machine can work in both ways automatic
and manual and it is also possible to memorize up to 200
working recipes to grant the reproducibility of the single
processes. In case of emergency stop the machine stops ìsoftlyî
in order to avoid a possible fabric breakage. The raising
rollers cleaning brushes can be equipped with an electronically
controlled independent motorization (optional) allowing
the immediate brushes unhooking in case of emergency. At
the machine new
start-up the brushes will self synchronize automatically
with the machine and then move towards the raising rollers
for cleaning them.

THE MAINTENANCE EASINESS AND
QUICKNESS
Are granted by an extremely rational
machine design and manufacturing,which
foresee, for example, that all the inverters have the same
external size thus allowing their interchanging. All the
indirect motion components (chains, belts, etc.) have been
eliminated, when possible. Moreover the electronic system
allows you to know when the maintenance and lubrication
operations must be done.

THE ENERGY SAVING
A spect has been also considered.
An intelligent electronic power source checks continuously
the absorbed power for the each motor distributing the non-used
quantity to the ones absorbing more in that moment. In this
way the power consumption is the strictly necessary one.
The BLANKA raising machine is available
in the following models:
- BLANKA 20-24/1 raising machine with 20 or 24 single drum
rollers with cylinder width up to 2800 mm
- BLANKA 28/1 raising machine with 28 single drum rollers
with cylinder width up to 2800 mm
- BLANKA 20-24-28/2 raising machine with 2 overlapped drums
20 ñ 24 or 28 rollers with cylinder width up to 2400
mm.All these versions can be shaped for cotton, man-made,
wool and knitted fabric fields. Besides, it is possible
to create raising lines with more than one raising machine
